How it works

Pick your counties

Choose the counties you're hunting in. Starter covers three in one state; Pro covers ten anywhere.

We pull the records and scan the posts

County parcel data loads within minutes. Public posts are searched daily. Everything is scored and de-duplicated.

You get the ranked list

A satellite view of every parcel, the owner's mailing address, a list of who to write, and alerts when something new appears.

Built for people who want the deal before it's a listing

Land and lot buyers

You want a buildable lot with utilities already in, and you're tired of refreshing the same three sites.

Investors

You write letters to owners. You need the mailing list before the wholesalers have it.

Builders

Old home sites and torn-down lots are permitted ground with a driveway and a culvert. They rarely get listed.

Anyone priced out of the listed market

Property that was never listed doesn't carry a listing-site price. You negotiate with the owner.

Pricing

You pay by the county, not by the lead. Every county you add gets the full workup — every parcel, every owner's mailing address, the scores, the posts, the letters — re-pulled weekly. Both plans start with a 7-day free trial on one county.

Starter

Your home turf: up to three counties in one state, worked properly.

Questions

Is this MLS data?
No. The MLS is what listed property looks like. We work from two other sources: county assessor records for every parcel in your counties, and public posts from owners who are selling on their own.
Do you scrape Facebook or TikTok?
No. Public posts get indexed by search engines; we run targeted searches for your counties and keep what's actually for sale. Anything you see yourself, in any app, you can clip into your leads with one tap.
Is the owner information legal to use?
It's public county assessor data: the same owner name and mailing address anyone can look up at the courthouse. You're responsible for how you contact people and for following local rules and any do-not-contact requests.
Which states do you cover?
Wisconsin statewide, with Minnesota, North Carolina, Florida and more added county by county — the counts above are live. When you add a county we don't have records for yet, you'll see its status in Settings, our scout goes looking for the county's parcel source, and post discovery and alerts work right away.
Can I cancel?
Yes, from Billing, any time. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
Do you guarantee I'll find a deal?
No. We surface and rank what the records and the posts say. You verify, you make the call, you negotiate with the owner.
