Your membership
- Update your card, switch plans, or cancel: sign in and open Billing → Manage billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've paid for, and you keep access until then.
- Trial: the first 7 days are free. Cancel before the trial ends and the card is never charged.
- Receipts: every charge gets an emailed receipt from Stripe, and past invoices are in Manage billing.
- Refunds: we don't refund partial periods except where the law requires it. If something went wrong with a charge, email billing@hiddenlots.com and we'll sort it out.
- Close your account: email support@hiddenlots.com from the address on the account. We delete your data within 30 days.
Common fixes
- No confirmation email? Check spam for a message from alerts@hiddenlots.com, then use Resend under Settings.
- Not getting phone alerts? Alerts go through the free ntfy app. Open Settings, copy your topic name, and subscribe to it in ntfy. Email alerts need a confirmed address.
- A county shows "no records yet"? We add counties as their public parcel data becomes available. Post discovery and alerts still work for that county in the meantime, and you'll see its status change in Settings when the records land.
Did you get a letter about your property?
A HiddenLots member may have written to you about land you own. The letter carries that member's own name, phone number and email, and the easiest reply is to call, text or email them directly — including to say you'd rather not hear from them again. Tell the member, or email legal@hiddenlots.com with the property address, and we flag the property do-not-contact for every member, immediately and for good.
Lost the letter? Email legal@hiddenlots.com with the property address and we'll add it to the do-not-contact list ourselves.
Where the data comes from
Parcel and owner information comes from county assessor and GIS offices, which publish it as public records. We don't use MLS data, and we don't scrape social media accounts. The Privacy Policy covers the details.
