How the free trial works

Seven days, one county, the whole product. Pick the county you know best and you'll see every parcel in it, the owners, the scores and the posts — the same view paying members get. The only thing held back is the bulk mailing-list export, which unlocks with your first payment. Your card goes on file at signup and isn't charged until day 7; cancel from Billing before then and you pay nothing.

Questions

What's the real difference between Starter and Pro?
Room and reach. Starter is three counties in one state — plenty if you work your home area. Pro is ten counties in any states, plus the mailing-list export: filter down to, say, absentee owners of 10+ acres scored 60 and up, and download the names and addresses as a CSV for your mail house. Everything else — the parcels, the scoring, the posts, the alerts, the letters — is identical.
Can I swap counties?
Yes, any week. Remove a county and its slot stays taken for seven days, then frees up; put it back inside that week and nothing is lost. We re-pull every county's records weekly, so the hold keeps a three-county plan from being a free tour of the whole state while still letting you move as your market moves.
Why does the trial cover one county, not three or ten?
Because one county is enough to see whether this works for you, and we'd rather you judge the product on your home county than skim a dozen. You get everything on that county, including letters; the export waits for your first payment.
Is this MLS data?
No. The MLS is what listed property looks like. We work from two other sources: county assessor records for every parcel in your counties, and public posts from owners who are selling on their own.
Do you scrape Facebook or TikTok?
No. Public posts get indexed by search engines; we run targeted searches for your counties and keep what's actually for sale. Anything you see yourself, in any app, you can clip into your leads with one tap.
Is the owner information legal to use?
It's public county assessor data: the same owner name and mailing address anyone can look up at the courthouse. You're responsible for how you contact people and for following local rules. When an owner says "don't write again", you press one button and that's honored for every member, on every parcel they own.
Which states do you cover?
Parcel records are live for every Wisconsin county and a growing list in Minnesota, Michigan, North Carolina, Florida and Tennessee; we add counties as members ask for them. If you add one we don't have records for yet, you'll see its status in Settings while our scout finds the source, and post discovery and alerts work right away.
Can I cancel?
Yes, from Billing, any time. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
Do you guarantee I'll find a deal?
No. We surface and rank what the records and the posts say. You verify, you make the call, you negotiate with the owner.
